The Enterprise City Council met in special session on Monday, June at, 2014 at 5:05 p.m.  Those present were Mayor Margie Shaw, Councilors Larry Christman, Stacey Karvoski, Laura Miller; Staff Michele Young.

Mayor Shaw called the meeting to order.

Mayor Shaw closed the public session and stated the City Council will now go into Executive Session as allowed by ORS 192.660(2)(h) to consult with legal Counsel regarding current litigation. 

Mayor Shaw opened the Public Session and no action was taken by the City Council.

Being no further business the meeting was adjourn.
