The Enterprise City Council met in a Special meeting on Tuesday, April 29, 2014.  Those present were Mayor Margie Shaw; Councilors Stacey Karvoski, Tim Parks, Larry Christman, Laura Miller and Bill Coffin; City Attorney Roland Johnson; Public Works Director Ronnie Neil; City Administrator Michele Young.

The Purpose of the meeting was to hold an Executive Session as allowed by ORS 192.660(2)(h) for consultation with legal counsel concerning legal rights and duties regarding current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.

Mayor Shaw closed the public meeting and the Council went into Executive Session. 

Mayor Shaw re-opened the public session.  No action was taken by the City Council.

Meeting Adjourn. At 8:15 p.m.
