The City of Enterprise met in special session on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 7 p.m. Those present were Mayor Steve Lear; Councilors Larry Christman, Jenni Word, Laura Miller and Dave Elliott; Staff Michele Young and Ronnie Neil.

The purpose of the meeting was to hold an Executive Session as allowed per ORS 192.660 (2)(e) to discuss Real Property Negotiations.

Mayor Lear closed the public session.

Mayor Lear re-opened the public session 11 minutes later.

Councilor Christman made a motion to pay the Stangel Estate $5,000.00 for an Easement for the Water Project. The amount exceeding the appraised amount will be paid out of the Water Capital Improvement Fund.. Councilor Miller seconded the motion which passed unanimously.
